WeVideo
Basketball season is starting up, so I made a ball handling drill video. My first try was my brother and I racing through the house on little carts, but then I realized I had to pick something related to my school this year. I will make sure to read the full assignment next time! Maybe I will post the racing video sometime later just for fun.

In making this video, the first thing I had to do was get the footage. I got dressed up and grabbed my ball. I filmed it with my mom's Ipad, then downloaded it to my computer and edited. I had to do a lot of little cuts. I chose not to add music because I wanted people to be able to hear the ball noises. We are going to share it with my little brother's third grade basketball team for their ball handling. Cool!

Animato
This video was quick and easy! All I had to do was pick a theme, pick some images, and slap them in to the Animoto editor. Then I uploaded it to YouTube on my mother's account because I have my own account with subscribers and this is not the same theme. I chose the solar system because it is part of Earth / Space science this year. I wish the video had higher quality, could be longer, and be able to add captions to each picture without paying extra.
Blabberize

Blabberize was my audio piece. My blabber said, "I like hitting my head on rocks; igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic!" I am currently studying about rocks and minerals in science. When I was recently on vacation, my family and I went to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History and saw a geology exhibit there. We saw moon rocks, mars rocks, meteorites, huge crystals, gold, diamonds, rubies, and all sorts of rocks and minerals. It was quite amazing. They even had glow-in-the dark rocks!
