HI all!

Hi my name is Jio and I live in Oregon. I am 11 years old and in 6th grade. I really like Minecraft, basketball, and playing with my family. I am an Indian Sikh and have hair that goes down to my knees but most of the time I put it up in a turban.

Your site is great! l really like how you put your name on the header picture, and all your media content. It seems like the site could use a bit of re-organization, though. (Because half your tabs are under a 'more' section!)
There's only one thing I think is "wrong", though, and that's the inconsistent capitalization. For example, one of your tabs is called 'games', and the very next one is 'Survey'. But even if your tab's titles are messed up, their content is great!

Cool! And I really should have mentioned the vokis! I'm not sure if Mr. Chase will make an assignment about making vokis, but it's really cool that you did that already! The website just keeps getting better and better!

Thanks Micayah I like your website too and some people think I am addicted to Minecraft! I really like it but “addicted” is an exaggeration. I really like doing things on the computer like figuring stuff out or if I don’t know something.

This is a re-make of my peer review...

I love the variety on this website! It has something for everyone, even people who do not play video games! The survey is very clever, and your embed codes page has a lot of good stuff on it. One thing specific thing is the hilarious part at the end of your PowToon video: "Donate on my website. If you do not, you will get kicked off the website forever! Just kidding!" That made me laugh. Your first comic strip was great, too. And one of my favorite things of all is the epic wins video. Although I'm suspicious that a few of them might... not be real, it was very entertaining and I enjoyed it! I could go on and on, but instead I'll just say: keep up the detailed, thorough, and humorous work!

Hello Jio,
I'm in your DigiDesigns class. I love your site. simple and creative. Your embed codes page is awesome.

I would suggest you add a photo somewhere on your site. if not on an about me page then on the home page. I love the powtoon movie, I wasn't even given that option when I had to do it. ;)

Jio,

Your site has something of an Oriental feel to it; was that what you were going for? The font of the site's title at the top of the page reminds me of Korean Hangul, and the font you use for subtitles reminds me of other Asian calligraphy. maybe it's just me. I dunno.

Anyway, I like how you made an invisible blog page for people to leave comments on your Bumper Sticker, but as I brought up on that page, a disqus widget might be a good idea. That link will show you how to do it. You can put that widget on each and every one of your pages, and theoretically eliminate the need for a comment blog page altogether. But, you know, whatever. :P I'm looking forward to being your classmate this semester. -PT

Hi Jio,

I liked your how to make a portal in Minecraft video. I play Minecraft too but I only do it on the Ipad.

I like the way the letters light up on the home screen. My personal opinion is that it would look better if it lit up and stayed lit up ...you know for us old folk (just kidding I'm only 14).

I also liked your Pixton cartoon, its funny.

Another peer-review! so I'm commenting on your projects because I've already commented on the site. so first is your layered image. I question the alien, ;) but I like how it turned out and that's what counts right? :)

With the copycat image. I lived it. do you do a lot of art? what kind? do you do any on the computer? I loved how you didn't just put one color on each place but you put different colors so it looked like sunlight was hitting it. I'm kinda jelouse because of the project you found to do because I couldn't find one for an hour and even when I did it was stupid hard. ;) great job on it!

Hi Jio,

You did a good job on you copy cat layout, it looked really tricky and sophisticated.

But I did realize that you seemed to use an excessive amount of slides at the end.

I also loved your copy cat photo on the copy cat photo page, it's funny!

Hello again,
Another peer review. So first off with that cool Copycat layout. It's pretty epic. Looks like you spent a lot of time on it. When you filled in the background it looked really real, and the words are really close to the real thing too. no criticism on that really.

With the web 2.0, I saw the word thing, but what is the shape of it?
the basketball thing was great, it will probably help me with my shot. The only thing I would suggest is to add more detail, more pazaz. (I have no idea how to spell that) It's a lot harder to come up with things to improve your work because obviously your not going to go back and fix it all once it's done. All in all I loved your projects.

Hello,
There's not a whole lot to write now that we are just commenting on one project. I loved how organized it all was in describing when and where you used the concepts of CARP. If you want to actually use this I would suggest making it a bigger, more posterish size, instead of an 8x11 piece of paper.

I love the color and font of the main text. The small black text that has the hours is a little hard to see in places, but all the other words look great. It's a great poster design and your really good at this. Great job.

This is the last peer review and I would just like to say how much fun it has been to learn with you and you have done an amazing job on everything.
How did you do the minecraft animations! What did you use? I'm not sure how I missed the AV samplers last time I looked but I like the ball handling one a lot. Very interesting scratch project. He's cute....or she....;P

P.S. just letting you know incase you didn't notice, you have two seperate classmates pages on the Digidesignes panel. I wasn't sure if that was on purpose or not.
